2. General information on processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website, our content and services, or where you have given consent. We do not use web analytics or marketing tools or social media plugins with tracking on this website.
3. Hosting, website access and server log files
This website is operated by an external hosting provider. The host provides the infrastructure. Data may necessarily be processed that is automatically transmitted to the server when a website is accessed (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system). Processing serves to establish a stable connection, system security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). Log files are usually deleted automatically after a few days unless the host has longer retention obligations.

4. Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including your contact details, will be processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions and will be sent to us by email. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Data will be deleted once no longer necessary for the purpose, unless statutory retention requirements apply.
5. Funding request
If you use the funding request form, we process the data you enter and any files you upload to review your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where you have consented. Data is only accessed by persons authorised to process it and is deleted after the review is complete or statutory periods expire, unless retention duties apply.
6. Cookies and session data
This website uses a technically necessary session cookie to protect forms from abuse (e.g. CSRF token) and to support basic security. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. The session usually ends when you close your browser. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure provision of the website).
7. Fonts (Google Fonts)
